At nightfall of 29th November, Anqing Foreign Language School held the creative button sewing competition at the first-floor conference room. Owing to the life teachers’ meticulous guidance and training, more than 30 students finally stood out in the pre-selection and participated in the contest on behalf of the Primary Section, Junior and Senior High Departments respectively.
To be specific, during the competition, students have showcased their ingenuity and produced a variety of creative works, such as the colorful butterflies, snowmen on snowy nights and Anqing Foreign Language School’s school badge sewn with buttons. Evidently, all the contestants lit up the buttons with their own creativity, which vitalized each button.
To sum up, this creative button sewing contest aimed to enrich students’ extracurricular life, expand their interests and hobbies in addition to cultivating their innovation capabilities and operational abilities, which not only provided students with a favorable platform to demonstrate themselves, but also made for the improvement of their aesthetic taste.
